Our gold focus sits in proven African provinces. In Ghana, lode-style gold occurs in Birimian shear zones, while Tarkwaian units host palaeoplacer and shear-related mineralisation. In Zambia, the Lufilian Arc carries shear-zone lodes and Katangan sequences where Au occurs within stratiform systems. In Namibia’s Damara Sequence, structurally controlled quartz–sulfide veins host gold within metamorphosed shelf sediments.
Ghana | Birimian & Tarkwaianlodes and palaeoplacers.
Birimian: mesothermal quartz-vein lodes along major shears.
Tarkwaian: palaeoplacer gold in quartzites/conglomerates with local shear-hosted upgrades. Targeting combines structure, stratigraphy, and geochem to rank drill priorities across the West African Craton belts.
Zambia | Lufilian Arc lodes and Katangan Au.
Shear-zone lodes occur within the Lufilian structural corridor. Regionally, Katangan sedimentary packages host stratiform systems where gold accompanies broader mineralisation. Vectors include shear intersections, competency contrasts, and redox boundaries.
Namibia | Damara Sequence quartz | sulfide vein gold.
Gold is hosted in quartz -sulfide veins within metamorphosed shelf sediments and along major structures of the Damara belt. Local folding, shearing, intrusion-related fluids, and alteration halos guide target definition and step-out drilling.
Structural controls & hosts shears, reefs, conglomerates.
Across provinces, shear zones provide pathways and traps for lode gold; conglomerates/quartzites in Tarkwaian hold palaeoplacer gold; and sediment-hosted sequences can carry associated Au. Our models integrate structure, lithology, and alteration to focus meters where probability is highest.
Silver | portfolio stance by-product opportunities.
Silver is not a primary target in our geology portfolio. We evaluate by-product recovery where Ag occurs within polymetallic systems (e.g., Cu–Au or Au-bearing veins). Advancement depends on grade, metallurgy, market access, and ESG alignment with our gold programs.
